Travelling west on A30

• Postcode for sat-nav is TR18 5AR, but please follow these directions as sat-nav can often lead you around the backstreets of Newlyn!
• If you’re heading towards Penzance on the A30, pass through the village of Crowlas. At the Newtown Roundabout, take the right lane onto a mile-long-stretch of dual carriageway.
• At the next roundabout, take the second exit (signed Penzance), then straight over the small roundabout (Sainsbury’s superstore to right).
• Stay in the left lane.
• Take the first exit at the next roundabout (the A30 will continue off at the second exit), heading for Penzance harbour, car park, etc.
• With the railway station to your left, stay in the left lane. This will take you past Penzance harbour and seafront.
• Continue straight on (over one more mini-roundabout) for approximately 2 miles until you enter the village of Newlyn.
• As you enter the 20mph speed limit, you will reach a staggered junction where the road continues to the left. Start to indicate right and take the second right turning – effectively, you are going straight on – this is Chywoone Hill.
• Follow the road up this steep hill for approximately half a mile, passing Newlyn School of Art on your right.
• The road bears gently to the left (still climbing) and Panorama Guest House is about 200 yards on the left.

Travelling east on A30

• Postcode for sat-nav is TR18 5AR, but please follow these directions as sat-nav can often lead you around the backstreets of Newlyn!
• If travelling from Land’s End, follow the A30 until you reach a crossroads (signed Newlyn to the right).
• Take the right hand turning and follow the road to the staggered junction at the end.
• Turn immediately right into Chywoone Hill
• Follow the road up this steep hill for approximately half a mile, passing Newlyn School of Art on your right.
• The road bears gently to the left (still climbing) and Panorama Guest House is about 200 yards on the left

Free car parking

Panorama has a large car park for cars, vans and motorbikes, and secure storage for bicycles. We can collect guests arriving by ‘plane into Newquay or by train into Penzance, please contact us in good time before arrival or let us know when making your booking if you require collection.
